Made from a crisp, tightly woven polyester fabric, the skirt is entirely reversible, with a dull(ish) blue and green spotted surface and brighter blue fabric on the reverse. The manner it is reversed is slightly unusual (and very satisfying), also: a double sided (and fairly substantial) plastic zip on skirt's right side is unfastened, the skirt is turned around on itself, and
