The vines average 40 years old (2023) and are grown on tuffeau limestone, clay and sand. A hint of seashell on the nose carrying through to a gorgeously silky, compact palate of wild strawberry, peach and maraschino cherry. Earthy notes of sea salt and chalk round out the dry finish.
