Pachypodium brevicaule *Own Roots* Crassulaceae Plant shown in a 4"Pachypodium brevicaule Family: Apocynaceae. The smallest and most unusual of all Pachypodiums. It only grows a few inches tall but spreads horizontally forming a clump a foot or more across in time. The flowers are yellow. This is a slow growing species, but a very rewarding one to grow. Not difficult to grow. Can survive temps down to (but not below) freezing, but prefers it a bit warmer in winter if possible (that is true for all Pachypodiums).
