Favoured for a millenia by the nobility and the Church, beeswax candles became accessible to the general population in the post war era when people had more disposable income and more leisure time. Unlike every other candle maker who uses molds, our traditional pillars are hand dipped so as to produce a rounded edge and are the result of repeated hand dips in very hot wax.
