It has its original mouthpiece The flared bell of the horn is stamped : "Swaine & Adeney London" This stamp pre dates Swaine & Adeney's acquisition of Kohler in 1907 The horn is in very good condition. It sounds well It has a dark tan leather case with two keepers and a buckled strap at the bottom. There would have been a loop of rolled leather over the opening of the case but
