Not fine ciders but dry, refreshing bittersweet ciders for drinking in the fields or in the cider shed at the end of the day. Made with almost exclusively bittersweet varieties, the cool, wet season of 2023 has nonetheless made this a refreshing and very drinkable cider. Good with a ploughmans lunch, or a ham sandwich. Full bodied with soft
